The August 28, 2021 CloudComPy release fixes a problem with the previous release

The August 28, 2021 version of the Windows 10 Anaconda 3 binary is available here.
The corresponding Anaconda3 configuration is described in the README.

This version fixes a problem detected in the previous version of August 4. The calculation of cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-mesh distances caused a crash, both in CloudCompare and in the Python module CloudComPy.
The correction corresponds to a temporary return to a previous version of the CCCoreLib library, before an update of the distance calculation.
This problem was detected by ctest under Linux, but not under Windows. An investigation is in progress to understand why this problem appears in my binaries, and why ctest does not detect some premature program closing under Windows.
